Pilates Sculpt

Pilates Sculpt is a full-body workout that incorporates classical pilates movements with body weight resistance exercises and props. This low-impact mat class is aimed to strengthen your muscles and deepen your mind-body connection, with a focus on breath, form, and deep core activation.

Pilates Form

Pilates Form is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance body awareness through controlled, precise movements. This class is beginner-friendly and offers a supportive environment to learn proper Pilates techniques while progressing at your own pace.

Pilates X Mobility

Pilates mobility is a class focused on increasing joint mobility and stability. Crafted by the perspective of an OT, this class is for anyone. Whether you are someone who experiences joint pain, an athlete, or looking to hone in your technique. Pilates mobility will pull elements of classical mat Pilates, as well as functional strengthening and stretching. The primary principles of this class will include: stretching, functional movement, balance, and core strengthening.

Pilates X Strength

Pilates X Strength incorporates mat Pilates movements with strength training. A full-body workout that begins with deep core activation, followed by low-impact exercises incorporating dumbbells and resistance bands. This class is designed to build muscle and enhance overall strength, helping you feel stronger and more empowered in your fitness journey.

Full Body Strength

Full Body Strength is a 50 minute strength class that focuses on core stability and functional strength. You can expect a superset approach with each set focusing on one area of the body at a time. With cueing to assist with form and technique this strength class is open to all levels.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher.

Stretch & Flow

Stretch & Flow is a vinyasa style yoga class that focuses on enhancing stability, flexibility, mindfulness and gratitude. Practice will begin with intention that will progress to a sequence of movements and poses that build heat, before slowing down to stretch and rest. All levels are welcome including those new to yoga!

Heated Yoga Sculpt

This class will be heated at 80 degrees. Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic fusion of yoga and strength training designed to build muscle, increase endurance, and improve flexibility. This class combines traditional yoga postures with bodyweight exercises, light hand weights, and high-intensity cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate and challenge your entire body

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio Sculpt is a dynamic, high-energy class designed to build strength, improve endurance, and elevate your heart rate. This full-body workout blends resistance training with bursts of cardio to sculpt and tone muscles while keeping you moving. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, light weights, and resistance bands to challenge all fitness levels.
